Rhonda Fleming Scarborough
Rhonda Fleming-Scarborough has over thirty five years in the field of Social Work. She is a licensed social worker (LSW). She has extensive professional experience providing multi-level services to a diverse population. Rhonda has initiated, developed and implemented various programs with energy and concern for people. As a Social Worker she has concentrated her focus on children and families. Her expertise was fine-tuned during employment with Tabor Children’s Services where she implemented the process of adoption from initial screening to the final decision. The majority years were spent at Albert Einstein Medical Center and the majority of her professional experiences included adults and special emphasis in Pediatric Specialties.
Rhonda has a background in consultant specialties of grief and family counseling, group facilitation, geriatric and adult crisis intervention and short term counseling. Additional previous employment includes West Philadelphia Community Mental Health Consortium and Young Women’s Christian Alliance. She is affiliated with Black Catholics Organization and has provided consultation and counseling in support of the Black Adoption Consortium, Inc. which was a nationally reputable adoption agency in New Jersey. Her education includes Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Cheyney State University and Master of Social work from Temple University. Rhonda is the proud and loving parent of son, Khary and daughter Angie, plus a devoted grandparent.
