Nora Cowell

Nora Cowell, RN BA is employed as the Community Outreach Specialist for the Visiting Nurses Association (VNA). Nora is knowledgeable about home health care on many levels. She specializes in coordinating home health services for veterans. She is a sought after expert on educating families and patients through the Palliative and Hospice system for quality of life. Nora will provide guidance and expertise in this focus of ICAP’s mission. Nora is highly respected in the home health field and is well versed in Medicare and other related insurance issues. She has extensive nursing experience from pediatric to geriatrics. She is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College and Cheyney University. Nora is a wife, mother and grandmother who possess a sincere compassion for others.
